STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
This Agreement is a mutual contract between Odyssey360 Ltd (the “Therapist”) and the Client (the “Client”). It sets out the responsibilities of the Therapist and the obligations of the Client in the therapeutic relationship.
2. Definitions
- Therapist: A practitioner trained and certified at Master Practitioner level in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy®, Hypnotherapy, and Coaching.
- NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming): A collection of techniques designed to support behavioural and emotional change.
- Client: The individual receiving services under this Agreement.
3. Company Information
Odyssey360 Ltd is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, company number 16600006, registered address: 11B Boundary Road, Brackley NN13 7ES.
4. Sessions
- Sessions start and finish at the agreed time. If the Client arrives late, the session will finish at the original time.
- If the Client’s circumstances change, the Therapist will endeavour to accommodate a new suitable time.
- Sessions are provided on an individual basis, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Fees and Payment
- Fees are as stated in the Client Agreement.
- Payment is due before or at the time of each session.
- Discounts may be available by arrangement for multiple bookings.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
6. Confidentiality
- All sessions are confidential, with the exceptions set out in Clause 6 of the Client Agreement.
- If the Client is under 18, a parent or guardian may attend.
- The Client may invite a trusted third party to attend certain sessions (e.g., hypnotherapy) with prior agreement.
- The Client is encouraged to inform their medical practitioner if also receiving medical treatment for emotional or psychological difficulties. The Therapist will not contact the GP without the Client’s prior knowledge and written consent.
7. Data Protection
- All Client records are held securely and confidentially in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Clients have the right to access personal data held about them.
8. Online Sessions
- Online sessions may be delivered via secure platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft. These sessions are not recorded.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring they have a safe, private space and a secure internet connection.
- In the event of technical failure, the Therapist will attempt to reconnect immediately. If reconnection is not possible within 10 minutes, the remaining time will be rescheduled free of charge.
- The Therapist is not liable for third-party platform failures, breaches, or technical issues beyond their control.
9. Commitment
Therapist commitments:
- Provide the Client with a dedicated time slot for sessions.
- Give at least 7 days’ notice of any planned cancellations and as much notice as possible in the event of illness or emergencies. No charges apply for cancellations by the Therapist.
Client commitments:
- Attend sessions on time.
- Engage actively and realistically with the therapeutic process.
- Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations (see Clause 5)
